About Beton Kemon
What this site is, where the numbers come from, and what they aren't.
How it works
Anyone can anonymously share their company, role, salary, typical pay date, and whether their salary has been delayed. Once at least 5 people have shared for a company or role, we show the aggregate — median salary, the most common pay day, and how often delays were reported. Below 5 entries, nothing is shown.
It's all crowdsourced
Every number on this site comes from a person who chose to share it. We are not an employer, a recruiter, a government body, or an HR consultancy. We do not buy data, scrape job boards, or partner with companies. If only three people from a company have ever submitted, that's all we have.
We can't guarantee accuracy
Submissions are anonymous, so we cannot verify that any individual entry is true. We do a basic review for spam and obvious nonsense before publishing, but we have no way to confirm someone actually works where they say they do, or earns what they claim. Numbers may be out of date, mistyped, exaggerated, or low-balled. Treat the aggregates as a rough community signal, not a verified fact.
No liability, no advice
Beton Kemon is provided as-is, for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site is career, financial, legal, or employment advice. We accept no responsibility for decisions made based on the data here — including salary negotiations, job changes, hiring, or anything else. Use it as one input among many, not as the answer.
Privacy
We don't ask for your name, email, phone, or any login. We don't store IP addresses or device fingerprints with submissions. The only thing tied to a salary entry is the company, role, and the numbers you chose to share. If you want an entry removed, contact us and describe it well enough that we can find it.
